How do I check Help Desk requests you have?

  1. Log into Service Desk using your universal username and password.
  2. Click on Request in the upper right corner of the window.
    1. Select My Request to view currently open Requests.
    2. Select All Request to view any open, closed, or shared with you Requests

Note: When clicking, the text disappears from the option you are selecting.
