My Kaspersky Lab activation code email is in a different language. How do I open it in English?

Users have reported that their Kaspersky Lab activation code email is in a different language if it is opened through GroupWise Webmail (GroupWise through a web browser). To open the email in English, follow the directions below.

 

Firefox:

1. Find and open the Kaspersky Lab activation code email in your GroupWise webmail.

2. Click View, then mouse-over Character Encoding and click on either Western (ISO-8859-1) or Western (Windows-1252).

Internet Explorer:

1. Find and open the Kaspersky Lab activation code email in your GroupWise webmail.

2. Right-click anywhere in the body of the email. Mouse-over Encoding and then click on Western European (Windows).

Google Chrome & Safari:

1. Right-click on the Kaspersky Lab activation code email and left-click on Forward as Attachment.

2. Type in an email address to an outside account (gmail.com, aol.com, yahoo.com, live.com, hotmail.com etc.) and then click Send.

3. Open the outside email account (that you entered in previous step), find the Kaspersky Lab activation code email, and open.
