Owens is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and is part of the University System of Ohio.  Many Owens courses will transfer to other colleges and universities via state-wide transfer rules and/or individual articulation agreements with other institutions.  The applicability of completed course work taken at Owens to a particular major at another college/university will be determined by the college/university to which you transfer.  For more information about transfer, visit www.transferology.com or www.ohiohighered.org.  You are also encouraged to contact the college or university to which you intend to transfer for the most up-to-date transfer information.
