Why is my Kaspersky software saying it is blacklisted?

If you have not downloaded and installed it within the past year, it is likely expired. 

If you downloaded and installed Kaspersky Internet Security last year, and are receiving a pop-up that it has expired or is blacklisted, you will need to log in to your Ozone account, scroll down to the Kaspersky download link and download and install the new version.
