Why are we eliminating all “live” GroupWise email older than 2 years?

There a few reasons for this change.  One is the sheer amount of data and its continual growth.  Storage is very expensive and the “live” email system holds multiple Terabytes of data.  Large email database files also are difficult to manage and can be problematic in GroupWise.
